So my hip and back are feeling much better but my hips are still a little tight even though I have been doing A LOT of stretching.
I'm thinking of going to a chiropractor because Healthy Diva was dealing with the same thing and went and it has helped her A TON. I just am still a little unsure about someone cracking my spine, a massage sounds so much more relaxing!
Thoughts on Chiropractors? Massage Therapists?
Also my mother-in-law suggested Acupuncture which helped her when she had a bulging disc...not to sure about the whole needle thing either. Thoughts on Acupuncture?
